1. We guarantee that the quality and craftsmenship of our products
will be of top-quality and free of construction defects. Within a period
of one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any
custom made item if it is found to be lacking in quality of materials
or in quality of construction.
2. We guarantee that the product will be as advertised and as selected
on our website. If we make an error in selection of materials, construction
or in interpreting the choices made on our site, we will immediately
replace or repair (at our choice) the item to the your satisfaction.
3. Because we offer primarily custom-made products based on customer
measurements, we cannot guarantee that the measurements taken by customers
will be correct. However, we do guarantee that the custom-made products
will be made to the measurements provided by the customer.
Within a period of 30 days of the date of purchase, if your item is
found to be incorrect based on the provided measurements, IndyCanvas
will immediately replace or repair (at our choice) the item in question.
4. We are committed to assisting customers when an incorrect measurement
has been made by the customer. Within a period of 30 days, if it is discovered
that an incorrect measurement was taken originally and this has resulted
in a substantially ill-fitting item, IndyCanvas.com will remake the
item with the corrected measurements for the additional costs of shipping
and any additional materials that are required. The charges associated
with the labor to construct the part will be waived.
5. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Therefore, if other issues arise that are not covered by the above, we will make every effort to work with the customer to try to resolve the issue in a satisfactory way.
